Jordan James Ltd was formed in 1993 with a fundamental company philosophy of providing an exceptional Electrical Engineering Service based on technical expertise supported by close attention to client requirements.
The Directors have over 35 years experience within the Electrical Contracting field and have full electrical installation backgrounds. They have a proven track-record in working with the client as partner and continually strive to stand-out from the crowd through our dedicated labour force and exceptional leadership.
They firmly believe in a team structure and a hands–on approach to works and that all necessary resources and staff should be available to the client to guarantee the completion of any project that they may be involved with.
This philosophy is one that remains prevalent today and we feel has been gratefully recognised by our clients in their continued utilisation of our services.
The company’s offices are based in Woodford Green, Essex, a short distance from the M11 Motorway and the M25 London Orbital Motorway. This location being close to central London with its extensive public transport system makes it both easy for our staff to commute into central London and also more accessible to our clients. Due to our location close to Motorway networks we are also able to respond more quickly and efficiently, as this requires less time and therefore expense spent travelling.
Why Use Us
Mr Rockford Spence has worked within the Electrical Contracting industry for many years and decided with the help of long term business partner Mr Tony Cornish to form his own company to give clients something that he believed was not available to him when he was sourcing sub-contractors, an individually tailored service that encompasses the needs to suit the individual needs of the client.
The Team
The Jordan James team is headed by Mr Rockford Spence and Mr Tony Cornish, who have worked together since their first years in the industry as apprentices, having worked their way up to senior management positions before deciding to create their own company, firmly believing they had gathered the necessary in-depth experience in the handling of high quality complex projects for both the public and commercial sector. The site management is primarily made up from experienced hand picked supervisors that have a proven, successful track record for delivering high quality finishes, to budget and on time, this is continually supported by a dedicated in-house team based at the main office.
The Service
Jordan James Ltd provides a high-quality, comprehensive, bespoke service to all it’s clients, and is capable of offering a range of services including; the full design and build of a project with fully co-ordinated working drawings, planning and programming, material procurement and reliable client financial planning/forecasting, the complete installation of electrical requirements and final testing and any client demonstration that may be required.
This is all backed up with a solid projects history and Jordan James would be happy to show any potential clients around former and present sites.
